A few nice animal plant images I found:

Lithops 4824

Lithops are extremely succulent plants originating from the semi-deserts of southern Africa. Their plant body rests under ground, while on top they have transparent windows to let sunlight in for photosynthesis. A camouflage pattern on the windows lets them appear more or less like a pair of pebblestones, so hungry animals may hardly find them.

Be aware that sites from the southern hemisphere
have a six-month-shift in the description of the
annual lithops growing cycle.

Peek-a-boo

A small 2in (5cm) long Green Frog looking out from between lily pads.

The plant is one of our three potted Dwarf Water Lilies - Nymphaea 'Pygmaea Helvola'. They spend the summer in our small pond in front of the house. In the fall, once they go dormant, we move them to the large swimming pond. They are placed if a mesh container with a rope attached and are lowered to about three feet below the surface - below the winter ice. In the spring they are moved back to the front of the house.
